This mug was thrown on the wheel and then stamped with my hand carved flower stamp. The pattern is meant to invoke wallpaper but also tile work. The flowers are a deep blue and the mug is glazed a glossy white all over. The color of the flowers can vary, but the inspiration is Dutch Delft Blue.
I make this design in 12oz and 16oz versions. Size guide: While some variation can be expected with handmade items, the sizes generally are: 12oz mug is 3.5 inches tall, 3 inch diameter. 16oz mug is 4.5 inches tall 3.5 inch diameter.
